I've been to this nail salon for years. Their service is exceptional! Every one of their technicians are well trained and strive for perfection. The owner keep salon clean and fresh with latest furnishing. I wouldn't consider getting my nails done anywhere else!

Question: Should I make an appointment?
Answer: You may want to call and make appointments to avoid long wait time. However, we also welcome walk in.
Question: I had made an appointment on line but when i show up at salon, my salon was not in the system.
Answer: On line booking is a convenient way to book your appointment. However, on very rare occasion, glitches happen beyond our control. It’s a good idea to call to confirm.
Question: What is your Appointment policy?
Answer: We take your appointment very seriously! Arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time is appreciated. Use your early arrival time to select your colours. Please allow 15 minutes flexibility from the time of your appointment. We will never take walk-ins before you when you have an appointment. If you might be late a few minutes for your appointment, please call to let us know.
Question: I need my appointment to be on time because I have to be somewhere else right after this!
Answer: If you absolutely need us to be on the dot “on time”, please request that when you make your appointment. If we don’t think we can do it, we will respectfully decline to take your appointment.
Question: What happen if my Shellac chip or lift after a few days? Or any other issues regarding a service that I just received?
Answer: While we are known for our high quality consistent service, sometimes errors or misunderstanding do happen. What we would appreciate so much is that you call us to let us know the issue or simply come back and we would be happy to fix this for you at no charge. We always own up to our mistake and make no excuses. By letting us know the issue, you help us identify the errors (either technician or product defect).
